Features - Page Monitoring

Overview

The Application Overview shows page and streaming media, these two applications, which supports to switch to display the basic information of the current monitoring application in the last 30 minutes. The page monitoring includes application status, application name, agent version (if lower than the latest version, it will shows an update prompt), page load time (average value), HTML load, page rendering, visits (PV per minute , in average), JS error rate, Apdex index, operation icon (modify settings or disable icon); Streaming media monitoring includes application name, wait time, throughput (rpm), error rate (%), user experience index, and operation icon(which to modified or disabled a monitoring).

When the agent version is lower than the latest (See below):

Application Status

Include four status, determined by the application’s performance threshold (T value in Apdex):

Normal (green): Apdex [1-0.85]
Warning (orange): Apdex [0.85-0.5]
Serious warning (red): Apdex [0.5-0]
No data (gray)

Application Name + Agent Version

Displays application name. The users who manual deploy Tingyun Browser agent, are able to custom application name while deploying; the users who use Server agent automatic code injection, Tingyun Browser application name is Tingyun Server application name-Browser, e.g. Demo-Browser. Click on the application name to enter the “Intelligence Summary" of the application , as well as the JS agent version number Browser x.x.x of the application. If the version is lower than the latest version, there will be a prompt icon.

Page Load

The average page load time of the application in the last 30 minutes , in seconds.

HTML Load

The average HTML load time of the application in the last 30 minutes , in seconds.

Page Rendering

The average page rendering time of the application in the last 30 minutes , in seconds.

Visits

The average page throughput in the last 30 minutes , in ppm（PageView Per Minute.

JS error rate

The JS script error rate in the last 30 minutes.

Apdex

The result of the data is quantified as a value between 0 and 1, that is, “Apdex index”, 0 means that there is no satisfied users, 1 means that all users are satisfied. Through statistics, Apdex value corresponds to the degree of customer satisfaction, and the Apdex score for application performance is closely related to the user’s experience, providing managers with a way to evaluate user satisfaction by application performance quantization.

Operation

For each application, you can do the following:
1) Settings: enter the “Application Settings"
2)Disable：For expired or not concerned applications, you can be disable it from the list, after disable, the agent will stop collecting data, but you can view historical data

New Application

Click the “New Application” button to enter the application add page, where you can learn how to deploy an agent.
